As a shopper, you simply select the TryNow purchase option when adding items to your cart. At checkout, you will not be charged. An "authorization" or "hold" for the full amount of your order will be placed on your card to reserve funds in case you choose to keep everything. Your 7 day trial will begin once your package is delivered. Once you've decided what to keep, just return the rest of your items using our Returns Portal. Once your return is processed, the pending hold on your account will be released within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing speeds), and you’ll only be charged for what you kept.* *A return shipping fee of $10 may apply.

Your 7 day trial begins once your package is delivered. (Be sure you keep an eye on your email inbox for updates from us on delivery!) You have until the end of the 7th day to create your return in our Returns Portal.
Can I cancel my order?
Sure! Just email us at orders@hampdenclothing.com to cancel your order. Please keep in mind, if your order has already shipped, we can't cancel your order, but you can follow our return policy to return your order like normal.
I need more time - can I extend my trial?
Yes! We understand sometimes shipping delays or vacations can get in the way of your trial period. Please email us at orders@hampdenclothing.com to request a 1-3 day trial extension.
